Factory direct modular solutions engineered for heavy-duty commercial and recreational marine layouts.
A deep engineering analysis of HDPE modular dock platforms, blow molding physics, and global procurement paradigms.
Modern shoreline infrastructure calls for flexible, resilient, and eco-compatible engineering configurations. Modular floating dock jet ski lifts have transitioned from high-maintenance timber and structural steel to high-density thermoplastics. These synthetic configurations adapt perfectly to fluctuating hydrologic dynamics, withstand heavy hydrodynamic stresses, and resist severe environmental UV degradation.
For engineering consultants, global distributors, municipal planners, and commercial marina developers, sourcing directly from specialized manufacturers in China guarantees unparalleled cost efficiencies. This advantage is backed by robust product certification (ISO 9001, CE, ASTM, SGS), ensuring reliable quality control standards.
High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) forms the foundational matrix of modern modular floating docks. The structural performance of these systems depends on the molecular specifications of the polymer chain. The raw material utilized features a high density (0.941–0.965 g/cm³) with a high molecular weight distribution, yielding superior tensile strength, flexural modulus, and impact resistance.
To resist prolonged solar exposure, our formulations integrate advanced light-stabilizing packages, including Hindered Amine Light Stabilizers (HALS) and specialized UV-absorbing compounds. These additives interrupt the free-radical oxidation process initiated by solar UV rays, preventing polymer chain degradation, color fading, cracking, and loss of structural elasticity. The resulting modules can withstand up to 15-20 years of intense, high-salinity exposure without compromising structural integrity.
Engineering Note: High-molecular-weight HDPE exhibits chemical inertness, rendering the dock completely resistant to acids, motor oils, marine fuels, and organic micro-organisms. Unlike treated timber, it does not leach toxic chemicals into delicate aquatic ecosystems.
Founded in 2019, Shenghuang Industrial & Trade Blow Molding Factory is a leading innovator in the plastic blow molding industry. Headquartered in Huangyan, Taizhou, Zhejiang—the recognized capital of Chinese plastics and mold manufacturing—the company leverages a highly robust industrial base. We have grown rapidly into an internationally recognized manufacturer specializing in heavy-duty modular pontoons, boxing sandbags, custom plastic packaging, and complex blow-molded automotive assemblies.
Our facility houses high-speed automated extrusion blow-molding lines. These production systems ensure precise wall-thickness control, rapid cycle times, and stable product quality across large production volumes.
Operating under the ISO 9001 quality management standard, every raw material batch and finished module undergoes testing, including stress crack trials, drop tests, and buoyancy verification.
We optimize our operations to minimize carbon footprints. By utilizing 100% recyclable thermoplastics, closed-loop water cooling systems, and energy-recovery drives, we ensure clean manufacturing.
Our commitment to global standards is validated by strict certifications. The images below detail our quality compliance framework and manufacturing standards:
The manufacturing process at Shenghuang integrates advanced automation. We leverage Extrusion Blow Molding (EBM) systems optimized by smart PLC interfaces. During production, the thermoplastic parison is continuously extruded, and its wall-thickness profile is dynamically controlled using a 100-point programmer. This ensures thickness is redistributed to high-wear zones like corners, mounting lugs, and structural reinforcement columns.
Our automated cooling cycles minimize internal stresses, eliminating common issues like warping. Combined with specialized mold design features—such as anti-slip microtextures, integrated drain plugs, and internal load-bearing support pillars—this approach yields structural performance that exceeds traditional hand-molded alternatives.

Answers to technical and logistics questions regarding modular HDPE floating structures.
Floating Dock's modular design and superior quality hold up quite well in a typhoon depending on the installation. Our customers are reporting excellent results for the docks that were hit hand in all the typhoon. The modular structures allow waves to pass through by dispersing kinetic energy across flexible interlocks, preventing localized pressure build-ups.
Yes, in the areas where there is not a local dealer presence, we can ship your Floating Dock system directly to your local freight terminal for pickup, or arrange delivery for container-load orders directly to your project site.
Absolutely, the dock can be left in all year even in salt water. The Floating Dock system is designed to be left in the ice for the winter. The special design of the cube allows the dock to pop up on top of the ice, minimizing crushing stresses.
The issue when it comes to ice and its affect on the system is water flow. If there is a heavy current or moving ice, the key question to ask yourself is, "When the ice thaws out, does it just dissipate back into the water level or are there large blocks of heavy flow ice moving around that would severely damage stationary docks?" If you answer "Yes" to the first part of the question, you can leave our dock in all year. If you answer "Yes" to the second part of the question, then your next move is as obvious as the ice will tear out and wash away any structure.
The cubes can be used as a floating platform, gangway, finger pier or any other type of customized configuration you so desire. Available walking platform must be at least three cubes wide. The dock is extremely stable to walk on and will support your body weights due to the balanced buoyancy of each cube (which is about 200 lbs).
Yes, you can use the dock anywhere you can drive your crafts. The cubes only draw about 2 to 4 inches of water with the craft off it. The minimum functional water depth is measured at the back of the dock where the drive-on takes place. The dock needs to be able to flex in order to drive on top of it. System is fine at rest on the bottom during low tides. The important thing is that there is enough depth at the stem of the dock to allow the boat to back off.
Our factory start our floating dock business from year 2019, is one of the earliest floating dock manufacturer in China. floating dock is becoming the largest floating dock supplier in China, offer the super quality floating dock products.
