In the rapidly expanding global marine recreation industry, Personal Watercraft (PWC) such as Sea-Doos represent one of the fastest-growing sectors. However, the delicate hulls of these performance vessels are highly susceptible to mechanical friction, impact forces, and structural damage when moored next to rigid concrete or steel docks. Traditional rubber fenders and generic docks lack the customized fit required to secure PWC vessels safely, leading to the rise of specialized Seadoo dock bumpers and custom modular floating systems.
Today's global yacht marinas, recreational ports, and high-end watercraft clubs demand advanced marine-grade infrastructure that offers superior cushioning without compromising on environmental values. Modern dock bumpers and modular blocks rely heavily on High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) polymer compounds fabricated using high-tonnage blow molding machinery. By incorporating precise ultraviolet (UV) stabilizers and antioxidants, these systems resist marine bio-fouling, high salt concentrations, temperature extremes, and prolonged direct sun exposure.
Blow molding creates seamless, hollow modular structures that exhibit outstanding strength-to-weight ratios. The enclosed air pocket inside these modules acts as a pneumatic spring, distributing the impact energy generated by incoming Sea-Doos and yachts during docking maneuvers. Compared to rotomolded alternatives, high-pressure blow molding delivers uniform wall thickness and structural density. This translates directly to heightened durability, higher weight capacities, and zero leakage over decades of submersed exposure.
Founded in 2019, Shenghuang Industrial & Trade Blow Molding Factory is a leading innovator in the plastic blow molding industry. With its headquarters strategically located in Huangyan, Taizhou, Zhejiang—an area globally recognized for its robust manufacturing infrastructure, precision mold-making capabilities, and industrial supply chain efficiency—the company has quickly grown into a trusted supplier of high-quality blow-molded products across multiple sectors, including marine packaging, automotive components, consumer appliances, and custom structural applications.
Our manufacturing facility features state-of-the-art automated blow molding production lines. This allows Shenghuang to efficiently engineer and produce complex shapes, such as hollow modular floating docks, specialized PWC bumpers, large-scale pontoons, and custom-designed protective accessories. By executing strict adherence to the ISO 9001 quality management system, every stage of production—from raw polymer procurement and quality testing to structural wall assessments—meets rigorous international marine standards.
To ensure high performance and global compliance, our manufacturing operations are fully verified. Below are the official representations of our factory processes, certifications, and operational management systems:

The concentration of raw material processors, specialized mold designers, and logistics hubs in Huangyan, Taizhou, gives Shenghuang Factory an unparalleled competitive edge. While Western competitors face high tool-making overheads and extended development timelines, our integrated ecosystem allows us to take a custom Sea-Doo dock bumper or pontoon design from concept to production-ready mold in a fraction of the time. This rapid prototyping capacity is critical for global distributors looking to respond to changing consumer market demands swiftly.
Furthermore, China’s industrial infrastructure provides direct access to high-grade HDPE polymer resins with specialized additives already incorporated (such as carbon black and proprietary UV blockers). This eliminates multi-stage mixing logistics, keeping production costs low while maintaining premium component quality. Located near major global deep-water shipping centers like Ningbo and Shanghai, we ensure reliable, cost-efficient, and rapid delivery to distribution networks throughout North America, Europe, Australia, and the Middle East.
Our Dedication to Green Practices: Shenghuang actively promotes green manufacturing practices by using recyclable and eco-friendly materials in its production processes. We continuously invest in research and development to enhance our products' environmental footprint, reducing waste and energy consumption while ensuring that all products comply with global environmental regulations. As part of our sustainability strategy, we focus on material efficiency and the adoption of energy-saving technologies throughout our facilities.
Innovative Customization: Beside sustainability, we place a strong emphasis on technological innovation. Our dedicated R&D team focuses on developing new high-performance polymer compounds and advanced blow molding techniques to meet the evolving needs of marine engineering. This lets us offer custom solutions tailored to specific commercial projects, including high-buoyancy industrial setups.
B2B buyers, including commercial marina developers, luxury resorts, floating restaurant chains, and government environmental agencies, require modular systems that adapt to diverse aquatic environments. The localized applications of our products range from high-density urban floating walkways to dedicated Sea-Doo launches and recreational swimming platforms. By relying on a modular block format, ports can configure, expand, and relocate their dock systems to accommodate seasonal water level variations or changing yacht fleets.
In high-tide environments, standard docks can become submerged or damaged. Shenghuang's high-buoyancy modular pontoons (certified at over 200kg/m²) flex with wave action, absorbing shock energy. The non-slip surface texture ensures safe boarding and disembarking for PWC riders, minimizing liability concerns for commercial watercraft operators. Meanwhile, our high-density bumpers act as soft barrier zones, protecting expensive hulls during impact.
The marine plastics market is shifting toward long-term UV stabilization and non-leaching chemical structures. Historically, rubber and low-grade PVC bumpers released plasticizers into water systems, drawing regulatory concern. The shift to chemically inert HDPE prevents toxic release, satisfying strict Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and European REACH regulations. Consequently, global corporate buyers now prioritize suppliers like Shenghuang who utilize clean, additive-stable polyolefins that do not degrade or release microplastics into marine ecosystems.
As a leading global supplier, Shenghuang continues to expand its reach, supporting international maritime infrastructure projects.

Floating Dock's modular design and superior material quality hold up quite well in a typhoon depending on the installation method. Our modular cubes flex independently, dissipating wave energy rather than resisting it rigidly. Customers have reported excellent durability for docks hit directly by severe typhoon conditions.
Yes. In regions without a local dealer presence, we can ship your modular Floating Dock system directly to your local freight terminal or marine port for easy container pickup.
Absolutely. The dock system can be left in the water year-round, including saltwater environments. The system is designed to handle winter freezing conditions. The unique angled design of each cube allows the dock to pop up on top of the ice when expansion occurs, protecting the structure from being crushed.
The main factor is water flow and ice movement. If there is moving ice or heavy currents, you must assess if thawing ice will dissipate back into the water level or create large moving blocks that could damage stationary marine structures. If the ice melts in place, you can leave our dock in all year. If there is heavy moving ice, it is recommended to pull the dock out for the season.
The cubes can be configured as floating platforms, gangways, fingers, or custom shapes. For a stable walking platform, we recommend a minimum width of three cubes (approx. 1.5 meters). This configuration provides stable walking support due to the balanced buoyancy of each individual cube, which supports approximately 200 lbs (approx. 90 kg) per unit.
Yes, you can use the dock anywhere you can drive your craft. The cubes draw only 2 to 4 inches of draft when unloaded. During low tides, the system is designed to rest safely on the seabed. It is critical to ensure there is enough depth at the back of the dock to allow your boat or PWC to back off safely.
Our factory started manufacturing floating docks in 2019, making us one of the early pioneers of advanced modular HDPE blow molding in China. Today, we are a major supplier, producing high-buoyancy marine structures for worldwide markets.
Yes, the modular dock structures can be custom-configured with specialized entry ramps and roller kits, making them fully compatible with all major PWC brands. The integrated bumpers prevent direct hull-to-dock contact during parking, ensuring your watercraft remains free from scuffs and structural wear.
