Explore our high-density polyethylene modular floating components, engineered for extreme buoyancy, structural integrity, and marine durability.
Established in 2019, Shenghuang Industrial & Trade Blow Molding Factory has quickly emerged as a premier force in the global plastic blow molding industry. Headquartered in Huangyan, Taizhou, Zhejiang province—recognized globally as the mold capital and epicenter of advanced plastics processing infrastructure—we leverage an unmatched ecosystem of industrial expertise, raw material access, and logistics efficiency.
As a leading innovator, we specialize in high-precision, heavy-duty blow-molded products. Our diverse production capabilities serve vital international markets, ranging from marine infrastructure (such as modular floating jet docks, pontoons, and custom marine fuel tanks) to heavy fitness training gear (boxing sandbags and structural bases), as well as automotive components and environmental containment systems.
Driven by a commitment to zero-defect quality and operational excellence, Shenghuang utilizes cutting-edge automation across our production lines. Our manufacturing protocols strictly adhere to the ISO 9001 quality management framework, ensuring that every batch of High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) pellets is tracked and every molded unit meets global performance, buoyancy, and environmental resistance standards.
The engineering principles behind Shenghuang's high-buoyancy modular pontoons and marine systems.
Our jet docks are manufactured using high-density polyethylene (HDPE) with specific molecular weight distributions optimized for high impact strength and chemical resistance. This material resists environmental stress cracking (ESCR) even when exposed to petroleum hydrocarbons, marine pollutants, and constant wave action.
By using computerized multi-point parison programming during blow molding, we achieve exceptionally uniform wall thicknesses. This eliminates stress concentrations at the corners of our concave-convex and square pontoons, guaranteeing balanced load distribution and a long service life.
To resist solar degradation in equatorial and marine environments, we compound our raw materials with advanced Hindered Amine Light Stabilizers (HALS) and thermal antioxidants. This molecular shield prevents polymer chain scission, preserving flexibility and color pigments for more than 15 years.
Crucially, our engineering focus extends beyond chemistry to the physical geometry of our marine structures. The concave-convex anti-slip pattern molded into the top surface of our single, V, and U-shaped floating docks provides excellent slip resistance, even when completely wet. Each modular block is designed with a balanced internal volume that provides a consistent 300 to 350 kg/m² buoyancy profile. This gives commercial craft, PWCs (Personal Watercraft), and pedestrians a highly stable, reliable walking platform.
Shenghuang's strategic location in Huangyan, Taizhou, provides an immense competitive advantage in supply chain resilience. This region contains one of the most mature industrial mold and plastics manufacturing clusters in the world. As a result, we enjoy immediate access to high-purity raw polymer suppliers, state-of-the-art precision mold machining facilities, and integrated high-capacity shipping networks.
This localized industrial density translates directly into significant benefits for our global partners:
How our modular systems adapt to different environmental challenges and regulatory frameworks worldwide.
Designed to withstand extreme winter conditions. The flexible interlocking design allows our docks to rise and slide over ice sheets, absorbing freeze-thaw cycles without cracking or coming loose from their anchors.
Configured with heavy UV stabilizer packages (UV24+) to resist intense UV exposure. Our HDPE material retains its tensile strength and stays cool to the touch even in ambient temperatures above 45°C (113°F).
Engineered with flexible connection pins that allow the modular grid to flex and distribute energy from waves during typhoons and high winds. This reduces the mechanical load on anchor points.
We understand that importing marine infrastructure requires strict adherence to local laws. Shenghuang's engineering department ensures that our products comply with international environmental codes, including RoHS and ASTM testing standards for plastics. To support clients in regions without a local dealer, we offer direct freight services. We ship safely packaged containers directly to your closest port, complete with detailed technical manuals and step-by-step assembly guides.
Developing the next generation of eco-friendly marine systems through technological innovation.
We are testing bio-based polyethylene options and incorporating ocean-recycled plastics into our non-structural products, keeping our manufacturing carbon footprint as small as possible.
Developing smart modular docks with embedded IoT sensors to monitor water temperature, local wave energy, and structural connection loads in real-time.
Creating molded bottom surfaces for our pontoons that encourage marine life growth, helping restore local ecosystems under floating docks.
Answers to common engineering, installation, and shipping questions from marine contractors and suppliers.
Our modular floating docks are engineered to absorb and distribute wave energy. Unlike rigid wood, concrete, or metal docks that can crack or warp under stress, our individual HDPE cubes flex independently. This design distributes wave forces across the entire system, protecting the anchor points. In typhoon-prone regions, using proper anchoring lines and heavy-duty connection pins allows our docks to ride out storm surges and high waves with excellent reliability.
Yes. If there is no local Shenghuang dealer in your area, we can ship your modular dock system directly from our factory to your nearest international freight terminal. We package all connection pins, tools, and accessories securely inside the containers. We also provide complete installation guides and video manuals, allowing local contractors or maintenance crews to assemble the system easily.
Yes, the dock is designed to stay in the water year-round, even in freezing conditions. The unique sloped shape of each floating cube allows the assembly to rise up and sit on top of the ice as it freezes, rather than getting crushed by lateral ice expansion. However, if there are moving ice floes or strong currents carrying large blocks of ice during the spring thaw, the dock should be removed or moved to a protected cove to prevent physical damage.
For safe walking and stable footing, we recommend a minimum width of three cubes (approximately 1.5 meters or 5 feet). Each individual cube provides a balanced buoyancy profile of about 90 to 100 kg (200 lbs). A width of three cubes prevents tipping when a person walks along the edge, creating a reliable, highly stable platform for pedestrians, maintenance crews, or passengers.
Yes. The modular cubes draw only 5 to 10 cm (2 to 4 inches) of water when unloaded. During low tides, the dock can rest flat on the muddy or sandy bottom without damaging the structure. It is important to ensure there is enough water depth at the entry end of the dock so boats or PWCs can back off safely without hitting the bottom.
Our manufacturing facility began production in Huangyan, Zhejiang, in 2019. By focusing on automated blow molding and strict ISO 9001 quality standards, we have become one of the fastest-growing floating dock manufacturers in China. Today, we supply high-performance marine systems to commercial, municipal, and residential projects worldwide.
