Highly durable structural assets designed to meet European maritime standards and athletic training demands in Greece.
Greece, featuring the longest coastline on the Mediterranean basin spanning over 13,676 kilometers, is undergoing a profound modern transformation of its maritime footprint. The demands placed upon Greek marinas, aquaculture sites, and waterfront hospitality venues are unique. The Aegean and Ionian Seas represent high-salinity environments subjected to intense UV irradiation and seasonal thermal fluctuations. Traditional wooden or concrete harbor infrastructure is increasingly being replaced with advanced High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) polymer setups to mitigate biological degradation, corrosion, and continuous maintenance costs.
From the Saronic Gulf to the remote Cyclades, municipal authorities and private resort operators require accessories and docking units that yield a minimum life cycle of 15 years without toxic chemical leaching. The local aquaculture industry—specifically the farming of Sea Bass and Sea Bream—places additional demand on structural reliability, requiring specialized components that anchor floating systems against volatile Mediterranean storms.
Globally, the polymer processing industry has progressed toward advanced automation and sustainable raw materials. Large-scale blow molding stands at the forefront of this evolution, serving as the most effective production methodology for producing seamless, double-walled hollow structures. These structures boast exceptional impact resistance and buoyancy profiles essential for marine safety.
Modern industrial supply chains emphasize the integration of post-consumer recycled HDPE and carbon-neutral production loops. As regulatory pressures in the European Union mandate stricter environmental footprints, the demand for manufacturers who combine high-volume production with precision polymer formulations has reached an all-time high. The global market is transitioning from commodity plastics toward high-performance structural configurations engineered to withstand high wind, wave, and mechanical stress loads.

Floating Dock's modular design and superior quality hold up quite well in a typhoon depending on the installation. Our customers are reporting excellent results for the docks that were hit hard in all the typhoons. The individual interlocking cubes allow wave energy to pass through the structure safely, reducing stress on anchor points.
Yes, in areas where there is no local dealer presence, we can ship your Floating Dock system directly to your local freight terminal for pickup. We handle all international export logistics, ensuring compliance with European Union custom regulations.
Absolutely. The dock can be left in all year round, even in saltwater environments. The Floating Dock system is designed to withstand freezing conditions. The special design of the cubes allows the dock to pop up on top of the ice without crushing the polymer body.
The primary concern with ice is water flow. If there is moving ice, big heavy blocks can damage any structure. However, if the water simply freezes in place, our modular cubes remain unaffected. The high-flex design safely distributes pressure, preventing fractures under freezing temperatures.
The cubes can be configured as a floating platform, gangway, finger pier, or any custom shape. For a safe, stable walking platform, we recommend a minimum width of three cubes. This width supports body weights effectively, thanks to the balanced buoyancy of 200 lbs per cube.
Yes. The cubes only draw 2 to 4 inches of water when unloaded. The minimum functional water depth is measured where boats drive on. The system is designed to rest safely on the seabed during low tides, provided the bottom is free of sharp, abrasive debris.
Our factory started our floating dock business in 2019, growing into one of China's leading manufacturers. Today, we supply high-quality modular products to clients across Europe, Asia, and the Americas.
We incorporate high-grade UV stabilizers during the blow-molding extrusion process. This provides a minimum UV8 rating, ensuring our marine accessories and docks can withstand intense solar exposure in coastal Mediterranean regions without chalking or cracking.
