Founded in 2019 in Huangyan, Taizhou, Zhejiang—the manufacturing heartland of high-precision mold engineering—we have emerged as a premier OEM leader in the plastic blow molding industry.
Our facility is equipped with automated blow molding lines, ensuring structural consistency, high precision, and fast cycle times for floating docks, automotive components, and custom containment packaging.
We use fully recyclable high-molecular-weight High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) stabilized with anti-UV compounds to ensure long-term environmental protection without chemical leaching.
Shenghuang Industrial & Trade Blow Molding Factory is a leading innovator in the plastic blow molding industry. Operating from Zhejiang's heavy manufacturing corridor, the company produces high-precision, durable, and cost-effective plastic products. We strictly adhere to the ISO 9001 quality management system, maintaining traceability from raw resin input to structural drop-tests of the finished pontoon modules.
Our commitment to rigorous global quality standards is reflected in our certifications. We ensure that our materials meet strict international requirements, guaranteeing safe, high-durability performance in marine, packaging, and commercial contexts.
Historically, marine infrastructure relied on wood, concrete, and steel. However, these traditional materials pose significant challenges in modern marine engineering. Steel corrodes rapidly in saline environments, wood degrades and requires chemical treatments that leach toxic residues, and concrete is rigid and prone to cracking under dynamic wave loads.
Today, the global marine construction sector is shifting toward modular High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) systems. HDPE pontoons offer exceptional durability and flexural properties. The material withstands continuous wave motion without structural failure, is resistant to marine growth, and does not degrade under intense UV exposure. Our custom-designed OEM floating pontoon jetties are built to meet this demand, providing a maintenance-free, eco-friendly solution for coastal, river, and lake developments.
"Our modular HDPE pontoons are designed to absorb wave energy through controlled flexure, preventing the structural fatigue typical of rigid concrete and steel systems."
B2B buyers, municipal engineers, and marine developers look for three primary performance indicators when sourcing floating pontoon systems:
Shenghuang's engineering department designs versatile marine platforms tailored to diverse applications:
Our dedicated engineering, sales, and quality control teams work closely with global clients to ensure that all custom OEM specifications are met from design to delivery.
We continuously invest in research and development, refining material blends to improve tensile strength, impact resistance, and long-term UV protection.
By using advanced automation in our blow-molding processes, we achieve uniform wall thickness and structural stability across every pontoon unit.
Our blow-molded pontoon modules feature a slip-resistant textured surface, providing excellent traction even when wet. The interlocking lug system distributed around the perimeter of each block allows for quick configuration changes and secures the structure using high-strength connecting pins. Under heavy loads, the pontoon system distributes the weight evenly, maintaining stability and structural integrity.

The system's modular design allows it to flex and follow wave action rather than resisting it rigidly. When installed with proper mooring systems (such as self-adjusting piles, heavy-duty anchors, and elastic lines), our docks perform exceptionally well in heavy storms, reducing stress concentrations across the entire platform.
Yes. If we do not have a local distributor in your region, we can ship your custom OEM Floating Dock order directly to your nearest port or local freight terminal for convenient pickup.
Absolutely. The dock is designed to withstand winter conditions, including in saltwater environments. The sloped shape of the modular cubes allows them to ride up on top of expanding ice sheets rather than getting crushed.
If the ice thaws and dissipates back into the water, the dock can remain in place year-round. However, if there are moving ice sheets, currents, or heavy ice floes, they can damage stationary structures. In these conditions, we recommend disconnecting and storing the modular dock during the winter season.
For a stable walking platform, gangway, or pier, we recommend a minimum width of three cubes. This width provides excellent stability and load distribution, comfortably supporting pedestrian traffic.
Yes. Our modular docks require only 2 to 4 inches of draft when unloaded. The system can rest safely on the seabed during low tide, provided there are no sharp rocks or debris that could puncture the HDPE surface. Ensure there is sufficient depth at the dock entry for boats or jet skis to back off safely.
Our factory started production of floating dock systems in 2019. We have grown to become a leading OEM and ODM manufacturer in China, delivering high-performance marine infrastructure products worldwide.
