Shenghuang Industrial & Trade Blow Molding Factory

Pioneering High-Performance Polymer Marine Infrastructure & Custom Blow Molding Solutions Since 2019

Corporate Heritage

Established in 2019 in Huangyan, Taizhou, Zhejiang Province—the renowned heartland of industrial mold fabrication and plastic manufacturing in China. Shenghuang has evolved into an ISO 9001 certified engineering leader in large-scale structural blow molding, producing high-buoyancy modular pontoons, marine systems, and custom industrial packaging.

Automated Operations

Our facility runs continuous, state-of-the-art automated blow molding lines. This equipment enables high-precision thickness profiling and uniform material distribution across complex configurations, ensuring every pontoon meets exact structural load tolerances under extreme hydrostatic pressure.

Sustainability Integration

Committed to eco-friendly marine stewardship, Shenghuang processes 100% recyclable, non-toxic High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE). Our marine products release zero microplastics or chemicals, complying with global regulations for installation in ecologically sensitive marine conservation zones.

The Macro Landscape of Industrial Marine Dry Docking

The global marine leisure and commercial harbor industry has witnessed a paradigm shift from traditional timber and concrete docking systems toward modular, high-molecular polymers. As personal watercraft (PWC) continue to scale up in dry weight—largely driven by heavy-duty 3-seater designs and high-performance supercharged models—single-berth layouts are increasingly insufficient. High-density marinas, commercial rental agencies, and luxury residential waterfronts require efficient space optimization. This demand has accelerated the adoption of the Double Jet Ski Floating Dock.

OEM customization lies at the center of this transition. Waterfront operators require specific load capacities, tailored configuration pathways, and aesthetic consistency with existing installations. Our factory acts as a direct engineering partner. We deliver robust Double Jet Ski Dock systems capable of bearing dual PWCs up to 2,000 kg total payload without experiencing structural sag, lists, or mooring failure.

High-Performance HDPE Engineering Specification

Our marine pontoons utilize High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) reinforced with proprietary anti-UV, anti-oxidant, and anti-static compounds. The material chemistry is optimized to combat structural degradation caused by continuous exposure to salt water, solar radiation (UV15+ protection), and mechanical abrasion from incoming watercraft hulls.

Double Jet Ski Dock Configuration Dynamics

A double jet ski floating dock must address key physical challenges: center-of-gravity shifts during drive-on maneuvers, side-by-side hull clearance, and mooring load concentrations. Our design features an engineered entry channel with a graduated slope (V-shape incline). The split layout balances the load across a wider surface area. Under normal operations, this prevents watercraft listing or drift-off.

The roll-on/roll-off process uses low-friction slide guides and optional integrated rollers. By reducing direct friction between the dock surface and the PWC hull, we extend the lifespan of the dock's HDPE wear plates and prevent damage to gel coats. Additionally, the twin-hull configuration allows operators to moor two watercraft with a shared utility lane down the center. This design optimizes usable deck space and minimizes the mooring hardware needed at the harbor line.

Global Industrial & Regional Marine Deployments

Our OEM Double Jet Ski Floating Docks are deployed across diverse global environments, with each installation tailored to regional marine conditions:

  • North American Marinas: High-traffic commercial marinas require slip-resistant, fast-docking platforms. Our designs accommodate large 3-seater PWC models (such as Sea-Doo GTX or Yamaha FX series) and withstand heavy wake action.
  • European Eco-Tourism Resorts: Tailored for operations in alpine lakes and marine sanctuaries, our non-toxic, eco-friendly HDPE docks release no harmful chemicals, meeting strict European water safety requirements.
  • Middle East Commercial Rentals: Engineered to withstand intense solar exposure and high salt content. The UV15+ stabilizer package prevents cracking and color fade in desert-coastal environments.
  • Asia-Pacific Coastal Harbors: Designed with flexible connection pins, our modular structures absorb swell energy, keeping docks secure in tidal zones prone to monsoonal activity.

Technical Roadmap (2025–2030)

Shenghuang's R&D team is focused on advancing modular marine infrastructure through several key initiatives:

  • Smart Docking Integration: Developing IoT-enabled pressure sensors to monitor buoyancy distribution, watercraft weight, and structural health in real time.
  • Circular Economy Materials: Testing ocean-bound post-consumer plastics to create high-durability marine components without sacrificing mechanical strength.
  • Anti-Biofouling Surfaces: Formulating non-toxic surface treatments that discourage marine growth, reducing maintenance intervals for salt-water installations.
  • Quick-Lock Connection Systems: Refining our modular connector pins to decrease installation times by up to 30%, even under challenging field conditions.

Expert Quality & Technical Q&A

Detailed engineering perspectives on the design, performance, and durability of modular HDPE floating systems.

How does the modular floating dock system perform during extreme weather events like typhoons or hurricanes?
Our modular floating docks are designed to tolerate severe weather by dispersing wave energy. The high-flexibility connection pins allow the individual cubes to move independently with wave swells, reducing the stress on anchoring structures compared to rigid wood or metal docks. Performance in extreme conditions relies heavily on correct anchoring. We work with clients to design robust anchoring configurations (incorporating heavy-duty piles, sea anchors, or elastic mooring cables) tailored to local swell forecasts.
Can the dock system remain in place in regions that freeze during the winter?
Yes. The modular dock system can remain in the water throughout freezing winters. Our marine-grade HDPE exhibits excellent low-temperature impact strength down to -60°C. The bottom geometry of each cube is slightly tapered, allowing the dock structure to pop up and rest on top of forming ice sheets rather than being crushed by lateral ice expansion.
How do shifting ice flows affect the modular dock system?
The primary concern in freezing environments is moving ice sheets rather than static ice. If local waters experience fast currents or wind-driven ice floes during spring thaws, these moving sheets can damage or pull away anchoring systems. In areas subject to severe ice movement, we advise removing the dock prior to the winter freeze or using quick-disconnect couplings to tow the platform to a protected cove.
How many cubes wide is required for a stable walking or driving platform?
For safe foot traffic and lateral stability, we recommend a minimum walking width of three modular cubes (approximately 1.5 meters). This width spreads concentrated foot traffic and craft boarding loads across a sufficient surface area to prevent listing. Single-cube or double-cube paths are suitable for finger piers or small walkways when properly stabilized by parallel guide rails.
Will the modular system function reliably in shallow water?
Yes, our modular docks perform well in shallow drafts. When unloaded, the cubes draw only 5 to 10 cm of water. The key operational requirement is at the entry ramp of the drive-on dock, where there must be sufficient depth to allow the watercraft to back off. The dock is designed to rest safely on soft sand or mud bottoms during low tides without sustaining damage.
How long has Shenghuang been manufacturing modular floating systems?
Our factory began operations in Huangyan, Taizhou, in 2019. Since our founding, we have focused on industrial blow molding, expanding to become a leading manufacturer and exporter of modular HDPE marine structures. We supply high-quality docks and custom blow-molded industrial solutions to commercial clients worldwide.
Can systems be shipped directly if there is no authorized local distributor?
Absolutely. In regions without an active dealer network, we ship directly from our factory to your nearest international seaport or container freight station. We provide complete layout diagrams, assembly tools, and digital installation guides to assist with local assembly and anchoring.
