Explore our industrial-grade, precision-manufactured OEM/ODM floating dock systems and marine accessories engineered for structural endurance.
Founded in 2019, Shenghuang Industrial & Trade Blow Molding Factory is a leading innovator in the plastic blow molding industry. Based in Huangyan, Taizhou, Zhejiang—the globally recognized hub of tooling and plastic manufacturing—our company designs, tests, and outputs world-class blow-molded products across marine, automotive, environmental, and consumer packaging industries.
Equipped with state-of-the-art automated blow molding lines, we deliver exceptional dimensional stability, high-precision thickness distribution, and unmatched load-bearing parameters. Our dedication to ISO 9001 quality management ensures rigorous testing protocol, from raw molecular selection to UV weathering simulations.
Historically, marine developers relied on treated timber, concrete, or steel pontoons. However, these systems face severe decay under salt exposure, electrochemical corrosion, and high maintenance costs. Modern marine engineering prioritizes High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) for its outstanding chemical resistance, zero water absorption index, and immense environmental adaptability.
As a leading OEM Blue Floating Dock Manufacturer, we selectively use virgin HDPE polymers integrated with premium UV-stabilizer packages (HALS). This configuration directly blocks ultraviolet radiation, preventing polymer chain degradation and ensuring a operational lifespan exceeding 15 years, even in high-solar environments.
Our production facilities utilize modern high-pressure blow molding lines that guarantee strict wall-thickness control. By executing parison programming during production, we reinforce stress-bearing sections like corners, connection lugs, and pin slots. This mechanical design yields high impact resistance, allowing the blocks to absorb wave energy without cracking.
Furthermore, safety is a priority. The top face of our floating cubes features a molded, anti-slip grid layout. The omission of sharp metal components, splinters, or rusted nails makes the system walk-friendly, protecting users and vessel hulls alike.
We recognize that marine environments demand tailored structural designs. Our in-house engineering team provides complete ODM capabilities, including custom buoyancy configurations (ranging from 200 kg/m² up to heavy-duty 350 kg/m² layouts), customized color matching (such as signature deep blue, safety orange, industrial gray, and black), and variable modular styles (Single cubes, Twins Docks, U-shaped platforms, and V-docks for jetskis).
Whether you require integrated conduit channels for shore power lines, custom-sized anchoring slots, or custom branding, our flexible mold engineering meets exact specifications with low design overhead.
Why international procurement directors partner with our Taizhou-based manufacturing hub for high-volume modular pontoon deployment.
Located in Huangyan, Taizhou, Zhejiang—the tooling capital of China. This proximity gives us immediate access to high-grade molds, precision extrusion technology, and cost-efficient polymer logistics, allowing us to offer competitive pricing without sacrificing build quality.
Every production batch undergoes comprehensive quality testing, including drop impact tests at low temperatures, tensile strength evaluations of the interlocking lugs, and load-limit confirmations. All processes are fully ISO 9001 certified.
Our modular cubes are packaged to maximize shipping container space. Our logistics department coordinates direct routes to main global shipping lines, reducing container transit costs and securing safe delivery to your warehouse or port terminal.
Shenghuang meets stringent international standards, verifying structural loading capabilities, ecological neutrality, and consistent production metrics.

Our modular HDPE platforms are highly adaptable, supporting industrial, tourist, aquaculture, and security installations worldwide.
Used as floating storage bases, marine maintenance platforms, and pontoon gangways for heavy work gear. Stable design supports personnel and cargo handling securely.
HDPE is chemically inert and does not leak chemicals into water bodies. Our floating modules form stable walkways around deep-sea aquaculture cages and coastal hatcheries.
Ideal for floating hotels, outdoor event walkways, performance stages, and municipal boat launches. Easy to reconfigure and expand for seasonal event demands.
U-shaped slide configurations allow operators to drive jet skis and small boats directly onto dry platforms, protecting hulls from marine growth and water damage.

Comprehensive engineering and logistics answers regarding installation, site conditions, and procurement.
Our modular HDPE design disperses wave energy efficiently. The interlocking structure flexes with tidal movements, minimizing rigid stress. In typhoon conditions, anchoring configuration is key; proper piling, chain elasticity, and anchor weights allow our installations to survive harsh storm systems effectively.
Yes. In regions without a local distributor, we coordinate direct factory shipping to your closest container port or freight hub, providing complete customs clearances and loading plans for seamless delivery.
Absolutely. The dock system can remain in place throughout winter, including in saltwater installations. The modular HDPE cubes feature angled side walls that pop up above shifting sheet ice, preventing structural crushing from freezing water pressures.
The primary concern is the dynamic movement of heavy ice sheets. If ice melts and thaws in place without strong currents, the dock rises naturally with it. However, if your location experiences heavy, moving spring ice runs, we recommend towing the dock out of the water for the winter season to prevent ice impact damage.
For standard walking paths, gangways, or fingers, we recommend a minimum width of three cubes (approx. 1.5 meters). This width secures a stable, tip-resistant walking surface under normal load distributions.
Yes. The modular cubes draft only 2 to 4 inches of water when unloaded. The dock system can rest flat on mud or sandy bottoms during low tides without damage. Ensure there is enough water depth at the dock's edge to allow vessels to back off safely.
We began production of high-performance blow-molded floating dock modules in 2019, growing into a leading, trusted manufacturer for global infrastructure projects.
