Explore our key manufactured solutions engineered to survive extreme environments, from customizable marine modular docks to industrial-grade boxing equipment.
Founded in 2019, Shenghuang Industrial & Trade Blow Molding Factory stands as a premier design, engineering, and manufacturing facility located in the Huangyan district of Taizhou, Zhejiang Province. This geographical hub is internationally recognized as China’s molding and plastic manufacturing capital. Supported by a robust infrastructure, the facility focuses on the design, mold fabrication, and automated extrusion blow molding of massive high-performance components.
Over the years, Shenghuang has evolved into a global supplier, providing industrial-grade modular floating pontoons, environmental protection systems, marine equipment accessories, custom sports products, and automotive components. Our manufacturing processes strictly adhere to the ISO 9001:2015 quality management standard, ensuring that every production phase—from initial polymer pellet selection to final hydrostatic and structural load testing—exceeds client requirements.
Equipped with modern, multi-layer automated extrusion blow molding lines, we deliver consistent wall thicknesses, robust structural integrity, and long service lives. We offer custom ODM and OEM solutions for heavy-load industrial platforms, commercial leisure marinas, municipal civil projects, and specialized sporting accessories.
Our operation is built on four core pillars: technological innovation, material durability, environmental responsibility, and responsive service. These priorities guide our development of reliable modular floating solutions.
Our dedicated laboratory focuses on polymers, structural testing, and custom molding techniques. We formulate UV-stabilized, high-density polyethylene (HDPE) blends designed for extreme marine and commercial environments.
Using advanced automated blow-molding equipment, we control polymer distribution within the mold cavity. This process eliminates structural weak points, providing high impact resistance and consistent wall thickness.
We use 100% recyclable, non-toxic materials that will not leach chemicals into aquatic ecosystems. Our energy-saving blow molding processes help minimize our manufacturing carbon footprint.
Modern coastal, marine, and inland water engineering demands infrastructure that is adaptable, cost-effective, and long-lasting. Traditional concrete, treated timber, and steel structures are prone to deterioration in salt water, under UV exposure, and from bio-fouling. Our modular HDPE dock systems provide a modern, durable alternative to these traditional materials.
Our modular pontoon cubes are manufactured using High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) containing carbon black and specialized UV inhibitors (typically Class 8 stabilizers). This specific formulation protects against photo-oxidation caused by solar radiation, preventing chalking, embrittlement, and loss of mechanical strength. HDPE's molecular structure features minimal branching, which provides high tensile strength, impact resistance, and chemical stability. As a result, our docks remain resistant to acids, alkalis, fuels, and organic growth like algae and barnacles.
Each individual modular cube (measuring 500x500mm) is engineered to distribute local point loads across adjacent units via a four-way interlocking connection system. This design prevents localized buckling under foot traffic or small vessel docking. The standard single-layer modular configuration delivers a buoyancy capacity of 200 kgs/m², while multi-layer configurations can be stacked to support heavier commercial and industrial applications.
Our ODM modular floating docks are designed for versatility and can be customized to suit different regional climates, water depths, and environmental regulations around the world.
As regulatory agencies globally enforce stricter environmental rules, Shenghuang is adapting its materials and manufacturing processes to align with international safety and sustainability standards.
