Can I get a Floating Dock system if there is no dealer in my area?

Can I leave my dock in during the winter?
Yes. Our HDPE material is designed to handle extreme cold without cracking. The modular cubes are shaped with sloped sides, which allows the rising ice sheets to push the dock upward rather than crushing it.
How does moving ice affect the system?
If local waters experience moving ice floes or heavy currents during spring thaws, these conditions can damage stationary structures. In areas with high volumes of moving ice, we recommend temporarily removing or relocating the modular dock to a protected cove for the winter.
How many cubes wide must a stable walking platform be?
For safe and stable walking conditions, we recommend a minimum platform width of three cubes (approximately 1.5 meters). This width balances buoyancy and prevents tipping, even when supporting multiple walking pedestals. Each standard cube provides around 200 lbs (90 kg) of buoyancy.
Will the system work in shallow water?
Yes. Our modular cubes sit high in the water, drawing only 2 to 4 inches (5 to 10 cm) of draft when unloaded. The dock can rest flat on mud or sandy bottoms during low tide without structural damage. However, you must ensure sufficient water depth at the launch side to prevent watercraft from scraping the bottom.
