Can I get a Floating Dock system if there is no dealer in my local area?
Yes, absolutely. In areas without a local dealer or distributor presence, we ship directly from our factory in China. We coordinate container transport directly to your nearest commercial sea port, and we can arrange delivery to a local freight terminal or project site for easy pickup.
Can I leave my modular plastic dock in the water during freezing winters?

Will the modular floating system work in extremely shallow waters?
Yes. Our modular pontoons draw only 2 to 4 inches (5 to 10 cm) of water when unloaded. If the dock bottoms out on mud, sand, or gravel during low tide, it will rest flat without damaging the structure. The main consideration is ensuring the water is deep enough at the launch point to safely float and back off any watercraft.
