High durability HDPE modular floating cubes and marine accessories built to exact engineering tolerances.
Founded in 2019 and headquartered in Huangyan, Taizhou, Zhejiang—the globally recognized epicentre of injection and extrusion blow molding technology—Shenghuang Industrial & Trade Blow Molding Factory has quickly matured into a leading pioneer in high-precision, heavy-duty modular plastic structures. Our operation leverages Huangyan’s advanced tooling ecosystem to manufacture high-molecular weight polymers designed for marine engineering, shipping terminals, and eco-friendly municipal applications.
By adhering to strict quality protocols, our state-of-the-art automated blow molding lines yield modular pontoon cubes, water buoys, specialized protective sports bases (like our boxing sandbags series), and heavy automotive elements that meet global safety thresholds.
Every production batch undergoes comprehensive testing from raw material parsing to structural stress evaluations.

The performance of modern marine modular float structures, specifically jet dock assemblies, is entirely dependent on polymer engineering. Shenghuang Industrial employs high-density polyethylene (HDPE) reinforced with specialized UV-stabilizer packages (primarily UV15 compound formulas). High-density polyethylene features high crystallinity, resulting in high mechanical tensile strength and resistance to environmental stress cracking (ESCR).
Standard HDPE grades without optimized compound chemistry fail when subjected to solar radiation and seawater salinity. Our factory’s formulation introduces carbon black and sterically hindered amine light stabilizers (HALS). These chemicals block solar radiation and absorb UV energy, preventing photo-oxidation. This process prevents polymer chain scission, maintaining molecular weight distribution even under intense tropical marine conditions.
Located within the Huangyan industrial block, our manufacturing lines integrate state-of-the-art extrusion blow molding (EBM) machines. These units use parison thickness controllers, allowing our engineers to adjust structural thickness profile parameters across the corners and walls of each pontoon unit. Since corner points on modular jet docks bear the greatest stress during mooring, our parison control system adds material thickness (up to 8mm) to high-wear locations while optimizing standard wall segments (5.5mm).
This localized thickness configuration achieves high puncture resistance without exceeding optimal float weights. Our clean-room material transport pipeline prevents contamination, ensuring no foreign particles weaken the structural matrix. In an environment where supply chain reliability dictates global procurement timelines, Shenghuang maintains a continuous stock of prime virgin HDPE pellets. Our proximity to the Ningbo-Zhoushan port guarantees rapid global ocean dispatch and secure multimodal shipping.
By automating the cycle times of mold closure, inflation, cooling, and ejector sequences, we reduce human error. Constant cooling temperature checks prevent internal stress within the mold, preventing warping and ensuring precise dimensions. This dimensional consistency ensures that locking pin connections match seamlessly when building large, complex dock configurations on-site.
Additionally, our commitment to green manufacturing processes ensures that all flashing and scrap materials are captured and recycled into non-structural applications, reducing raw material waste and lowering our overall carbon footprint.
Jet dock assemblies are no longer restricted to personal leisure watercraft. Today's commercial, infrastructure, and energy sectors deploy modular HDPE float grids for a wide range of industrial applications:
As a forward-looking industrial developer, Shenghuang is actively testing next-generation technologies:
Self-Healing Bio-Polymer Coatings: We are testing polymer formulations that seal minor surface abrasions, preventing micro-crack propagation caused by collisions with marine structures.
Smart IoT Marine Integration: Our R&D team is developing smart docking systems that integrate digital sensors into custom floating pontoon blocks. These sensors measure wave impact force, local water temperatures, and structural stress levels, sending real-time structural health updates directly to port management software.
We assist enterprise procurement managers with end-to-end logistics, customized branding options, and local regulatory clearance.
Procuring industrial quantities of jet dock assemblies requires verified compliance with regional maritime safety and environmental laws. Shenghuang supports international buyers by offering complete documentation packages, including certified laboratory reports for UV exposure resistance, chemical compatibility charts, and structural loading calculations under dynamic wave movements.
We provide custom OEM/ODM colors, custom surface texture options, and integrated client branding. Our dedicated logistics team works with global ocean freight forwarders to optimize container loading configurations, ensuring maximize shipping space utilization.

Shenghuang's modular pontoon design performs exceptionally well under high wind and storm conditions. Because the individual modular blocks are coupled with high-strength pins, the complete assembly moves with wave movement, dissipating kinetic energy rather than resisting it rigidly. In regions prone to typhoons, we recommend reinforcing anchor lines, installing shock-absorbing pile guides, and increasing the tethering count to secure the system.
Yes, we support direct global logistics. In countries or territories without an active local dealer, we coordinate ocean delivery directly to your nearest regional freight terminal or industrial harbor. Our team prepares all custom export documents, ocean packing slips, and technical manuals for straightforward clearance.
Absolutely. The dock system can remain in the water year-round, including saltwater and freshwater environments prone to ice. The shape and draft of our modular cubes allow the rising ice sheet to compress the bottom of the float, pushing the assembly upward. This prevents ice expansion from crushing or damaging the structure.
The key factor is the flow rate of the ice. If the winter ice thaws in place without significant current, the system can safely remain in the water. However, if your installation is on a river with fast-moving ice runoffs during spring thaws, these large moving sheets can sheer anchors and damage the pontoons. In those situations, we recommend towing the modular system to a protected basin or storing it on land before the winter freeze.
For safe public or industrial walking pathways, we recommend a minimum width of three modular cubes (approximately 1.5 meters). This width spreads concentrated foot loads across multiple buoyancy chambers, preventing rolling and minimizing pitch. This configuration ensures the walkway remains stable and safe for foot traffic.
Yes. Unloaded cubes draw only 5 to 10 cm (2 to 4 inches) of water. During low tide cycles, the system can rest directly on soft mud, sand, or gravel without structural damage. For drive-on boat applications, ensure the water depth at the entry end is deep enough to allow the boat's hull to draft properly when launching.
We began production in Taizhou in 2019. Over the past several years, we have scaled our blow molding capacity to become a prominent manufacturer in Zhejiang. By combining modern extrusion systems with local mold design expertise, we produce high-performance, marine-grade HDPE solutions for projects worldwide.
Our HDPE formulas comply with the ASTM D2565 standard for xenon-arc exposure. We use UV15-grade stabilizer packages, which preserve at least 80% of the polymer's original tensile strength and impact resistance after 15,000 hours of continuous UV weathering chamber testing. This ensures long-term performance in high-sunlight marine environments.
