Founded in 2019, Shenghuang Industrial & Trade Blow Molding Factory is a leading innovator in the plastic blow molding industry. With its headquarters located in Huangyan, Taizhou, Zhejiang—an area known for its robust manufacturing infrastructure—the company has quickly grown into a trusted supplier of high-quality blow-molded products across multiple sectors, including packaging, automotive parts, household appliances, and environmental applications.
The factory is equipped with state-of-the-art automated blow molding production lines, which allow Shenghuang to efficiently produce a wide range of plastic products, such as plastic containers, bottles, pontoons, automotive parts, and custom-designed solutions. These advanced production lines ensure that Shenghuang can meet the growing demand for high-precision, durable, and cost-effective plastic products. The company adheres strictly to the ISO 9001 quality management system, ensuring that every stage of production—from raw material procurement to final product testing—meets stringent quality standards.
We actively promote green manufacturing practices by using recyclable and eco-friendly materials in our production processes. Shenghuang continuously invests in research and development to enhance its products' environmental footprint, reducing waste and energy consumption.
An in-depth analysis of High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) modular structural engineering and global B2B procurement applications.
Modular jet ski lifts require high structural integrity. Our advanced blow molding processes use High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE), optimized with UV inhibitors and anti-aging compounds, designed to withstand intense saltwater, sub-zero winters, and heavy UV exposure.
Capable of maintaining a static buoyancy profile, our modular cubes carry weights up to 350kg/m² (for gray docks) and 200kg/m² (for U-docks). The dry-docking slope simplifies entry and exit, protecting jet ski hulls from marine growth and hull stress.
Traditional stationary lifts degrade from wave action, whereas our modular docking systems absorb and dissipate kinetic energy from wake and swells. Ideal for high-traffic public commercial channels and private shoreline properties alike.
As global marine tourism and private recreational watercraft ownership surge, municipal governments, resort developers, and private club operations require scalable marine infrastructure. Key issues that modern developers face include environmental permits, structural lifespan, and layout flexibility. Purchasing directly from Shenghuang in Zhejiang provides key advantages:
Our manufacturing floor integrates advanced automation, ensuring uniform parison wall thickness during blow molding. The interior chambers of our modular cubes are hollow yet structurally supported, preventing structural collapse under pressure. Anti-slip textured surfaces prevent slips, even when wet, protecting users walking to and from their watercraft.
We source high-grade HDPE polymer chains designed to resist chemical spills, fuels, and acidic water conditions. The resulting product is structurally stable and resilient in water temperatures ranging from -60°C to +80°C. Even in winter freeze cycles, the ice shifts around the sloped edges of our blocks rather than crushing them, allowing you to leave the docks in place year-round.
Verified laboratory benchmarks showing the load limits, life expectancy, and chemical resistance of our blow-molded HDPE modules.
We collaborate with marine engineering firms, recreational rental fleets, and municipal developers globally to provide high-quality modular docking systems.

Our floating dock's modular design and manufacturing quality hold up well in typhoons depending on the installation. Because the load is spread across multiple interconnecting cubes, the system flexes with wave action rather than breaking. Our global clients report excellent performance in high-stress storm environments when anchored correctly.
Yes. For regions without a local dealer network, we ship directly from our production facilities in Taizhou, China to your nearest sea freight terminal or commercial customs port, offering complete support throughout the shipping process.
Absolutely. The dock can remain in the water year-round, including in marine environments. The special sloped shape of the modular cubes allows the dock to pop up on top of expanding ice sheets rather than being crushed.
A key factor is water flow and ice movement. If the winter ice thaws in place and dissipates, the dock can remain in the water. However, if your shoreline experiences heavy, fast-moving ice floes that slide along the shore, these can shear off structures. In these conditions, we recommend disconnecting and pulling the modular platform out of the water before the winter freeze.
For a stable walking surface, we recommend a minimum width of three cubes. The dock provides excellent stability and easily supports walking weight, with each modular block providing balanced buoyancy (supporting approximately 200 lbs or 90 kg per single cube).
Yes. The modular cubes only draw about 2 to 4 inches of draft when unloaded. The critical measurement is at the stern entry point of the dock where you drive on. The system needs to flex slightly to allow the PWC to glide onto the platform, so ensure there is enough depth at the rear of the dock for the jet ski to float and back off.
Our factory started our specialized blow-molding and marine pontoon manufacturing lines in 2019, growing into a leading domestic and international supplier of high-density modular floating solutions.
