The transit time typically ranges between 15 to 25 days post-production, depending on the custom clearance routes selected at the border checkpoints.
Why is blow-molded HDPE plastic better than injection-molded plastics for boxing sandbag bases?
Blow molding creates a hollow, seamless product with excellent stress-crack resistance and impact strength. Injection molding often creates seams that are prone to cracking under high-impact forces. Additionally, the blow-molding process allows us to use premium High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE), which remains flexible down to -30°C and stable up to 50°C.
How does the Floating Dock system hold up to typhoon?

Yes. In areas where there is not a local dealer presence, we can ship your Floating Dock system directly to your local freight terminal or designated commercial warehouse for pickup and customer clearance.
Can I leave my dock in winter time?
Absolutely. The dock can be left in all year even in salt water. The Floating Dock system is designed to be left in the ice for the winter. The special design of the cube allows the dock to pop up on top of the ice.
How does ice affect the floating system?
The issue when it comes to ice and its affect on the system is water flow. If there is a heavy current or moving ice, consider: "When the ice thaws out, does it just dissipate back into the water level or are there large blocks of heavy flow ice moving around that would severely damage stationary docks?" If it simply thaws and dissipates, you can leave our dock in all year. If there is heavy moving ice, it's safer to remove the dock for winter to prevent severe damage.
How many cubes wide are needed for a stable walking platform?
The cubes can be configured as floating platforms, gangways, or finger piers. An active walking platform must be at least three cubes wide. The dock remains extremely stable to walk on and easily supports typical body weight due to the balanced buoyancy design of each cube (approx. 200 lbs per cube capacity).
Will the system work in shallow water?
Yes, you can use the dock anywhere you can navigate your craft. The cubes only draw about 2 to 4 inches of water when empty. The minimum functional water depth is measured at the back of the dock where drive-on takes place. The dock must flex to allow drive-on. The system can rest on the bottom during low tides as long as there is enough depth at high tide for boats to back off.
