Explore our industrial blow-molded equipment designed for extreme environments, from architectural floating installations to elite fitness solutions.
Founded in 2019, Shenghuang Industrial & Trade Blow Molding Factory has established itself as an elite pioneer in the high-precision plastic blow molding sector. Headquartered in Huangyan, Taizhou, Zhejiang province—internationally recognized as China’s premium manufacturing powerhouse—our plant spans thousands of square meters equipped with advanced automation. We specialize in producing robust, engineering-grade plastic products, ranging from blow-molded containers and high-buoyancy modular pontoons to critical automotive and sports components.
Our operation is strictly anchored under the ISO 9001 Quality Management System. Every production phase—beginning from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) polymer raw material selection through complex structural testing—adheres to strict international standard baselines. This dedication guarantees that our OEM and ODM services meet the high-durability performance thresholds expected by municipal, commercial, and industrial buyers worldwide.
Our regulatory compliance is validated by industry standard authorities. Shenghuang's production is certified for performance, safety, and eco-friendliness:

Discover how modern polymer processing is replacing legacy timber, concrete, and steel marine installations.
Marine environments are notoriously corrosive. Over the last decade, global developers have abandoned traditional wood, concrete, and steel framing for High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) systems. Legacy installations are highly susceptible to wood rot, biological pests, marine boring organisms, and structural rust from salt water. Our modular plastic floating docks resolve these paint-points. Blow-molded HDPE provides complete resistance to acids, alkalis, chemical pollutants, and biological growth, requiring zero annual maintenance.
With global climate volatility increasing, marine structures must withstand more frequent storm events and tide variations. Modular plastic cubes possess excellent flexural elasticity. Unlike rigid wooden or concrete docks that fracture under shear wave stresses, modular floating docks articulate with the water surface, distributing mechanical energy across the interlocking matrix. When properly anchored with heavy-duty pile guides or elastic mooring cables, these structures regularly survive storm surges and typhoons without structural fatigue.
Environmental regulations globally prohibit the use of chemically treated timber (such as CCA-treated wood) in clean waterways due to toxic leaching. Modern project planners rely on certified non-toxic HDPE. Shenghuang's floating docks do not release chemical contaminants or microplastics into the aquatic ecosystem. They are 100% recyclable, aligning with modern corporate environmental mandates and helping developers obtain environmental permits for protected ecological zones.
Our dedicated R&D division tests new polymer combinations to reduce thermal expansion, extend UV stability, and increase load capacity. Custom specifications can be integrated rapidly into production lines, ensuring exact wall thickness and structural stability.
We optimize resource efficiency, utilizing recycled industrial inputs where applicable and minimizing power usage across our automated blow molding setups. Shenghuang is committed to minimizing the carbon footprint of our supply chain.
For B2B procurement managers, sourcing modular floating docks requires evaluating complex engineering performance specifications. Shenghuang addresses these core technical criteria:
Our design division assists engineering firms in drafting configurations tailored for diverse commercial applications:
Solar PV Farms (FPV): High-stability modular grids to support solar arrays on inland reservoirs, water treatment facilities, and hydroelectric tailing ponds.
Industrial & Mining Work Platforms: Heavy-duty temporary floating stages designed to support machinery, drilling equipment, and maintenance crews.
Eco-Tourism & Municipal Parks: Accessible public floating walkways, kayak launches, and dining platforms with integrated handrails and anti-slip surfaces.
Shenghuang partners with engineering firms, marine distributors, and municipal developers globally.

Our modular plastic floating docks adapt well to high-wave environments like storm surges and typhoons. The modular design distributes wave energy dynamically across the structure, preventing localized breakage. Performance during storm events is heavily dependent on using robust anchoring methods, such as marine piles or heavy-duty mooring cables.
Yes. For regions without local distributors, Shenghuang ships modular dock systems directly from our factory to your nearest international sea cargo terminal. We supply all the necessary connectors, specialized installation tools, and layout schematics to simplify offloading and assembly.
Absolutely. The dock system can remain in both freshwater and saltwater throughout the winter. The tapered geometry of our modular cubes allows the expanding ice sheets to push the dock upwards rather than crushing it, preventing damage.
The primary concern with ice is water flow. In static water or environments where ice thaws and dissipates without massive movement, the dock can remain in the water safely. If the water body experiences heavy moving ice flows or floes, we recommend removing the modular structure before winter to prevent damage from floating ice sheets.
For pathways, finger piers, or gangways, we recommend a minimum width of three cubes (1.5 meters). This width provides excellent lateral stability for walking under normal water conditions. Each standard cube provides approximately 200 lbs (90 kg) of individual buoyancy, ensuring high stability when walking across the platform.
Yes. The empty cubes draw only 2 to 4 inches (50 to 100 mm) of water. The system can rest directly on soft mud or sandy bottoms during low tides. Ensure there is sufficient depth at the drive-on/launch points to allow watercraft to slide off the dock without grounding.
Our manufacturing facility in Huangyan began producing floating docks in 2019. We have developed into a leading Chinese manufacturer of high-density blow-molded industrial products, supplying durable modular dock systems worldwide.
