Our modular floating pontoon platforms are engineered using High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) augmented with high-grade UV stabilizers, anti-static agents, and antioxidant compounds. In marine operations, environmental degradation is primarily driven by photo-oxidation from solar ultraviolet rays (UV-A and UV-B). To counter this, we integrate premium carbon black and hindered amine light stabilizers (HALS) into the raw resin melt. This prevents structural embrittlement, maintaining high impact strength over decades of solar exposure.
Furthermore, our manufacturing process in Taizhou features specialized parison thickness controls. During the blow-molding phase, we inflate the heated polymer tube to conform with our high-precision molds. This process creates a seamless, single-piece hollow unit.
