Direct supply solutions from China's Industry 4.0 blow molding factories, meeting global ISO standard requirements.
The modern marine landscape is transitioning rapidly from heavy, environmentally intrusive concrete and steel structures to modular, high-buoyancy polymer systems. High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) modular pontoon blocks and floating barge systems have emerged as the standard for sustainable waterfront engineering. The flexibility of modular designs permits rapid deployment, easy reconfiguration, and superior performance in dynamic water conditions, including environments prone to seasonal icing or high tidal fluctuations.
Global procurement managers in commercial marine construction, resort development, environmental monitoring, and aquaculture are increasingly demanding custom OEM and ODM solutions. The driver is not just cost reduction, but rather localized product adaptation. Docks must withstand regional environmental challenges—such as high UV indices in tropical zones or dynamic ice pressure in Scandinavian and North American inland waters. Choosing a manufacturer with integrated design and extrusion-blow molding capabilities is critical to meeting these stringent operational demands.
Founded in 2019, Shenghuang Industrial & Trade Blow Molding Factory is a leading innovator in the high-performance plastic blow molding industry. Our state-of-the-art facility is located in Huangyan, Taizhou, Zhejiang—the globally recognized hub of advanced manufacturing infrastructure in China. We design, prototype, and mass-produce critical components for municipal, commercial, and industrial clients worldwide.
Our capabilities range from environmental containment products and automotive structural components to premium HDPE modular floating pontoons. Operating under strict adherence to the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, every stage of our production cycle—from raw material verification to post-mold stress-test verification—is rigorously recorded to ensure absolute reliability in volatile marine environments.

Leveraging geographical clustering and smart industrial automation to deliver high-quality polymer engineering solutions.
Strategically positioned in Zhejiang, we utilize direct deep-water port accesses (Ningbo-Zhoushan and Shanghai) to optimize ocean freight. For regions without localized representation, we directly coordinate drop-shipping to local terminal rail/truck hubs.
Our flexible R&D mechanism allows us to quickly develop molds matching unique structural dimensions. Using high-molecular-weight HDPE (HMWHDPE) and key anti-UV additives, we create floats that remain physically stable in temperatures ranging from -60°C to +80°C.
Shenghuang invests continuously in reducing carbon footprint during the blow-molding lifecycle. Post-industrial waste scrap is fully recycled in-house under strict purity standards, achieving zero-waste manufacturing goals for our eco-conscious partners.
From industrial work platforms to heavy training infrastructure, our blow-molded systems serve diverse functions.
Our single, twins, and U-shaped floating pontoons provide stable docking setups for boats, yachts, and jet skis. The modular grid system allows commercial marina operators to expand dock fingers or modify gangway layouts easily without requiring heavy maritime cranes or underwater foundation work.
As offshore solar installations increase globally, our floating pontoons serve as reliable structural rafts. Resistant to acid-alkali degradation and marine organisms, they remain intact during decades-long exposure to open-sea environments.
Our blow-molding factories also produce heavy sandbag bases and outdoor physical training components. Leveraging the same high-impact polymer raw material, we supply high-quality boxing sandbag shells (e.g., QJ001, QJ009, QJ002) and modular water-filled stabilizing bases used in tactical training complexes, sports clubs, and home gyms worldwide.
Expert answers addressing the design, limits, logistics, and material properties of our modular floating systems.
The modular design allows the entire structure to flex with the waves rather than resist them, distributing the local kinetic stress across the entire system. When combined with appropriate heavy mooring piles, chain anchors, or elastic seafloor connectors, our floating docks can withstand significant storm surges and typhoons without catastrophic structural failure.
Yes. For geographic regions where we do not have a localized distributor network, Shenghuang coordinates factory-direct export. We handle the custom shipping consolidation and deliver the order directly to your closest port or regional freight terminal for customer pickup.
Absolutely. The special engineering design of our floating cubes features slightly tapered sides. When ice sheets expand and compress the cubes, the force squeezes the dock upward, causing it to rest safely on top of the ice. The HMWHDPE compound remains flexible and impact-resistant down to -60°C.
If your water body has moving ice flows (large sheets of thick ice traveling downstream with currents), they can act like a slow-moving knife and damage stationary structures. Under these specific conditions, we advise disconnecting the modular pins and towing the floating dock array to a sheltered area during the spring break-up season.
For safe walking stability, we recommend a minimum platform width of three (3) cubes. Each individual cube provides approximately 90 kg (200 lbs) of buoyancy per layer. A width of three cubes prevents lateral listing (tipping) when a pedestrian walks close to the outer edges.
Yes. With the watercraft removed, our modular cubes draw only 5 to 10 cm (2 to 4 inches) of water. If the tide recedes completely, the system can rest flat on a soft mud or sand bottom without damage. Ensure there are no sharp rocks or debris that could puncture the bottom of the floats when bearing load.
Our manufacturing facility started production in Huangyan, Taizhou in 2019. By investing continuously in large-scale automated blow-molding equipment and high-strength plastic formulation development, we have grown into one of the leading high-volume suppliers of floating dock products and industrial accessories in China.
We supply modular floating assets and polymer components to engineering firms, industrial developers, and global brands.
