Premium engineered systems manufactured to exceed demanding industrial marine and sports training specifications.
The global marine landscape is undergoing a dramatic shift. Modern port authorities, private marina developers, and aquaculture organizations are phasing out legacy dock systems made of chemically treated timber, steel, and heavy concrete. Concrete docks suffer from micro-cracking and salt-water intrusion that degrades internal rebar. Timber docks leech toxic elements, such as copper chromium arsenate (CCA), directly into pristine marine environments, while rotting and requiring expensive annual maintenance.
Advanced blow-molded High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) modular pontoon systems represent the pinnacle of modern marine architecture. Engineered with precise structural rigidity and adaptive flexibility, they are designed to ride high-energy waves, survive extreme freeze-thaw cycles, and withstand intense UV radiation without dynamic failure. As a leading manufacturer of ODM Jet Docks, we empower global dealers and industrial partners by providing systems designed for decades of service with virtually zero maintenance.

The molecular engineering behind our modular pontoon units.
At the core of every single pontoon cube is a proprietary High-Density Polyethylene blend. Untreated plastics quickly become brittle and crack under sun exposure. To prevent this, our materials are blended with premium UV stabilizers (UV15 to UV20 ratings). This chemical design halts photo-oxidation and prevents mechanical degradation—even in areas with high solar radiation.
Additionally, our raw HDPE includes elastomeric modifiers. These modifiers allow the floating structure to flex without structural failure. When subjected to tidal movements or severe storms, the modular dock absorbs and dissipates wave energy instead of resisting it rigidly, reducing structural fatigue on anchor points.

How our modular systems perform across diverse geographic zones and regulatory frameworks.
High-altitude and inland water bodies present challenges, such as low atmospheric pressure extremes and intense UV radiation. Our stabilization systems protect the dock under high UV index conditions. In winter, the dock system pops up on top of freezing ice sheets rather than buckling under lateral expansion pressure.
For commercial ports, offshore supply stations, and aquaculture setups, our double-layer and concave-convex platforms deliver the required load capacity. Our systems support heavy industrial gear, marine fuel tanks, and support crews. They also resist oil spills, marine fuel, and salty marine environments.
We help our global dealers navigate local regulatory frameworks. Our factory designs comply with standard requirements across ASTM, CE, and ISO protocols. These certifications ease municipal approvals for public walkways, search and rescue points, and eco-sensitive marine sanctuaries.
Our long-term R&D vision for the next decade of modular waterfront development.
As sustainability regulations tighten, we are researching next-generation bio-based polymers and post-consumer recycled blends. Our goal is to maintain the raw tensile performance of virgin HDPE while incorporating up to 30% recycled ocean plastics. This initiative helps marine projects lower their overall carbon footprint and meet ESG requirements.
We are prototyping smart sensor suites that integrate directly into our pontoon cubes. These low-power, IoT-enabled sensors monitor water temperature, anchor tension, wave force, and structural displacement in real time. This technical leap allows commercial port managers to perform predictive maintenance on large installations, helping to protect assets during major storms.

Detailed engineering answers to help dealers and developers design, deploy, and maintain modular floating docks.
Floating Dock's modular design and superior material quality hold up quite well in typhoons, depending on the installation and anchoring setup. Because the modular system is flexible, it distributes extreme wave forces across the entire structure. This flexibility helps the dock survive high-energy storms. Our clients globally report excellent results for docks hit directly by major typhoons.
Yes. In areas without a local dealer, we can ship your modular Floating Dock system directly to your nearest local freight terminal for convenient pickup. We provide step-by-step documentation and engineering drawings to ensure a smooth assembly and installation process.
Absolutely. The dock system can be left in the water year-round, including in saltwater environments. The Floating Dock system is designed to handle winter ice. The special beveled design of each cube allows the dock to pop up on top of the ice sheet rather than being crushed by freezing pressure.
The key factor with winter ice is water flow and ice movement. If the ice thaws and melts in place, the dock can remain in the water safely. However, if your location experiences heavy spring currents with large, moving blocks of ice, we recommend removing the system. Moving pack ice can damage stationary structures or pull the dock away from its anchor points.
Our modular cubes can be configured as floating platforms, gangways, fingers, or custom shapes. For a stable walking platform, we recommend a width of at least three cubes. This width provides excellent stability and comfortably supports weight thanks to the balanced buoyancy of each cube (approximately 200 lbs per cube).
Yes. The dock can be used anywhere you can navigate your watercraft. Without a load, the cubes only draw about 2 to 4 inches of water. The minimum water depth is determined by the draft required at the back of the dock for drive-on access. During low tides, the dock can rest flat on the muddy or sandy bottom without issue, as long as there are no sharp rocks or debris.
Our factory launched its floating dock manufacturing line in 2019, making us one of the early pioneers of advanced modular blow-molding systems in China. Today, we are one of China's largest suppliers of high-quality floating docks, delivering premium pontoon systems to dealers and infrastructure projects worldwide.
