Explore our premium factory-direct solutions, built using cutting-edge molecular blow molding techniques for maximum buoyancy and extreme environmental tolerance.
Historically, global marine developments relied heavily on treated wood, steel pontoon assemblies, or solid concrete docks. However, these solutions face severe issues including structural fatigue, heavy metal/chemical leaching into aquatic habitats, and vulnerability during major weather systems.
As a leading China temporary dock manufacturer, we leverage molecular-weight High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE). The advantages are chemically engineered into the material profile:
Founded in 2019, Shenghuang Industrial & Trade Blow Molding Factory has established itself as an vanguard of high-precision blow molding manufacturing. Based in Huangyan, Taizhou, Zhejiang Province, our facility thrives in China's most robust molds and plastics industrial cluster.
Our core capabilities span high-density floating pontoons, modular docking units, marine buoy accessories, and custom blow-molded industrial solutions like heavy-duty training gear bases. Equipped with state-of-the-art automated blow molding lines, we deliver consistent wall thickness, high impact resilience, and precise product structural integrity.
Operating under strict alignment with the ISO 9001 quality management standards, every single modular cube undergoes strict pressure, buoyancy, and drop-load stress testings to ensure zero defect distribution.
Our research and development division focuses on material durability, engineering modularity, and eco-friendly lifecycle design.
We process virgin HDPE integrated with premium UV-15 block stabilizers and carbon-black compounds. This drastically slows down thermal degradation and photochemical aging under direct sub-tropical and tropical sunlight.
Our localized tooling workshop in Taizhou allows rapid prototype generation for customized buoyancy parameters, dimensional adjustments, specific colors (gray, blue, orange, black), and structural reinforcements.
As part of our commitment to sustainability, our floating systems are 100% recyclable, preventing microplastic shed. Energy-efficient blow molding reduces environmental footprint while complying with global regulatory directives.
From industrial marine construction projects to private recreational docks, our blow-molded configurations deliver stability, strength, and utility.
Stable floating staging arrays designed to hold marine pumps, drilling machinery, and logistics platforms with heavy loading limits.
High-aesthetic walk-on modular piers with dynamic custom layouts, including orange/blue visual schemes, perfect for high-traffic tourism sites.
Specialized jet ski/PWC launch platforms that elevate vessels completely out of direct water contact, preventing marine accumulation.
Municipal floating walkways, pipeline support tracks, bridge inspection pontoons, and environmental water sampling decks.
Heavy load-bearing temporary setups for over-water festivals, concerts, pop-up bridges, and rapid access platforms for military and rescue ops.
Shenghuang operates advanced manufacturing complexes certified to international regulations. We ensure complete structural safety and longevity.
An exceptional proof of our mechanical versatility is our capacity to engineer high-resilience sporting goods, specifically our boxing sandbag bases.
Why does a marine pontoon manufacturer excel in boxing equipment bases? The answer lies in polymer engineering. Both floating dock cubes and heavy training gear bases require:
Direct supply paths for key industrial accounts, minimizing logistics overheads and lead times.
Specially engineered for personal watercraft and quick roll-on, roll-off access.

Floating Dock's modular design and superior quality hold up quite well in a typhoon depending on the installation. The modular system distributes dynamic kinetic wave forces across many interlocking joints rather than resisting them rigidly. Our customers report excellent results for docks hit directly by major typhoons.
Yes. In areas where there is no local dealer presence, we can ship your modular Floating Dock system directly to your local freight terminal or designated port facility for convenient pickup and logistics clearance.
Absolutely. The dock can be left in place all year round, even in saltwater environments. The Floating Dock system is designed to handle winter ice. The custom-tapered shape of each modular cube allows the dock to rise on top of the ice sheet as it expands, preventing crushing forces.
The main concern with ice is water flow. If there is moving ice or heavy currents, you should consider if the ice thaws and dissipates in place, or if heavy floes move around and could tear away structures. If it's the former, you can leave the dock in all winter. If it's the latter, we recommend pulling the modular dock out for winter.
Our modular cubes can construct platforms, gangways, or fingers of any configuration. For a stable walking platform, we recommend a width of at least three cubes. This ensures stable foot traffic support based on the balanced buoyancy of each module.
Yes. You can use the dock anywhere you can drive your craft. The cubes draw only about 2 to 4 inches of water. The system can rest safely on the seabed at low tide. The key is ensuring enough depth at the stern to back the boat off the platform.
Our factory began floating dock production in 2019, growing into one of the earliest high-capacity floating dock manufacturers in Huangyan, Taizhou, China. We supply custom marine solutions globally.
We provide full material traceability reports, confirming the use of virgin, high-density polyethylene (HDPE). All shipments are accompanied by certificates of compliance, UV stability tests, and load resistance test reports.
