  • Base Polymer Selection: We exclusively use virgin High Molecular Weight High-Density Polyethylene (HMW-HDPE). This material provides excellent tensile strength, impact absorption, and environmental stress crack resistance (ESCR).
  • UV Stabilizer Integration: Our formulation incorporates Hindered Amine Light Stabilizers (HALS) alongside carbon black. This combination absorbs and dissipates incoming UV radiation, preventing polymer brittleness.

Can I get a Floating Dock system if there is no dealer in my local area? +

Can I leave my dock system in during the winter season? +

Static ice expansion is safe, but moving ice sheets present different risks. If the location experiences heavy spring ice flows or fast water currents, moving ice blocks can damage the structure. In these situations, we recommend towing the system to a protected area for winter storage.
How many cubes wide must a floating platform be to ensure a stable walking deck? +
For safe walking conditions, platforms and gangways should be at least three cubes wide. This width provides adequate stability and prevents twisting under load. Each single cube supports approximately 200 lbs (90 kg) of weight, ensuring reliable support across the deck surface.
Will the modular system function reliably in shallow water? +
Yes. Empty pontoon cubes draw only 2 to 4 inches of water. They can rest directly on flat mud or sand during low tides. However, the water at the back of the dock must be deep enough for vessel propulsion if launching or loading crafts.
