Explore our foundational range of premium blow-molded containment solutions, floating bases, and aquatic systems, factory direct from China.
Founded in 2019, Shenghuang Industrial & Trade Blow Molding Factory is a leading innovator in the plastic blow molding industry. With its headquarters located in Huangyan, Taizhou, Zhejiang—an area globally recognized for its robust manufacturing infrastructure and tooling expertise—the company has quickly grown into a trusted supplier of high-quality blow-molded products across multiple sectors, including packaging, automotive parts, marine modular pontoons, household appliances, and environmental applications.
Our facility leverages state-of-the-art automated blow molding production lines to efficiently manufacture high-density polyethylene (HDPE) components. We adhere strictly to the ISO 9001 quality management system, ensuring that every stage of production—from raw material procurement to final product testing—meets stringent engineering standards. This precise control mechanism allows Shenghuang to offer specialized products for high-performance and industrial applications, delivering structural integrity that withstands the tests of marine weathering, chemical exposure, and mechanical stress.
Why High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) forms the absolute baseline for modern industrial floating systems.
Made from high-molecular weight HDPE, our pontoons possess an exceptionally high Environmental Stress Cracking Resistance (ESCR). This allows them to withstand structural loads without micro-fracturing under UV exposure or marine environments.
Our standard single modular pontoon provides approximately 350kg/m² of buoyancy, while specialized double or twins configurations yield elevated limits, making them suitable for heavy equipment staging and vehicle access.
Shenghuang actively promotes green manufacturing by using 100% recyclable, non-toxic, and food-contact safe polymers. Our manufacturing lines run on energy-saving closed-loop systems to minimize environmental impact.

How our Taizhou Huangyan manufacturing facility optimizes cost, durability, and global lead times.
Our factory operates high-pressure automated extrusion blow molding systems that ensure uniform parison thickness. In typical blow molding, maintaining wall thickness around corners is critical; our computerized thickness control systems prevent weak spots and thin sections. This technology ensures consistent load distribution and high impact resistance, allowing our modular pontoons to easily handle waves, shocks, and collisions.
Furthermore, Taizhou's consolidated industrial supply chain gives us direct access to high-grade stabilizers, coloring pigments, and engineering-grade polymers. This localized ecosystem reduces manufacturing costs and expedites transport to ports like Ningbo and Shanghai. By choosing Shenghuang, global buyers benefit from reliable delivery timelines and cost efficiency, helping projects stay on schedule and within budget.

Shenghuang's ongoing R&D efforts in marine polymer technology and product design.
We are researching the integration of bio-based HDPE resins to lower our carbon footprint while maintaining the strength and chemical resistance of our standard marine products.
We are developing modular pontoons equipped with internal IoT pressure and buoyancy sensors. These modules will provide real-time structural health monitoring for offshore platforms and FPV solar projects.
We are refining the geometry of our interlocking pin systems to reduce shear stresses by 25%. This design improvement will enhance structural stability under severe, high-energy wave action.
We provide global delivery and local compliance assurance for industrial-scale projects.
Shenghuang supports projects globally by offering tailored logistics solutions. For regions without a local distributor, we coordinate direct factory-to-destination freight delivery to optimize shipping costs and timelines. Every batch of HDPE modular pontoons complies with global environmental standards, including RoHS and ASTM, ensuring smooth local approvals and installation. Our design team also provides customized CAD blueprints, helping engineers design floating systems that meet local tide conditions, wind profiles, and load requirements.
Answers to common technical, logistics, and engineering queries from buyers worldwide.
Floating Dock's modular design and superior material qualities hold up quite well in a typhoon depending on the installation and anchoring methods used. Our customers report excellent results for docks hit directly by typhoons, as the flexible joints allow the system to roll and yield with wave action rather than breaking.
Yes. In areas where there is no local dealer presence, we can ship your modular pontoon system directly to your local freight terminal or port of entry for customer pickup or onward transport.
Absolutely. The dock system can be left in the water year-round, even in saltwater environments. The special geometric design of each cube allows the dock to pop up on top of the ice when water freezes, protecting the structure from damage.
The main concern with ice is water flow. If there is a heavy current or moving ice, consider whether the ice will dissipate back into the water level upon thawing, or if large, moving ice blocks could impact the dock. If the ice melts without massive flow, the dock can remain in the water. If heavy ice drift is expected, we recommend temporary removal.
Our modular cubes can be configured as floating platforms, gangways, or custom shapes. For a stable walking platform, we recommend a width of at least three cubes. This width provides excellent stability and comfortably supports user weight, with each cube offering approximately 200 lbs of balanced buoyancy.
Yes. The cubes draw only 2 to 4 inches of water when unloaded. The minimum functional water depth is measured where the watercraft docks, as the platform needs room to flex. The system can safely rest on the seabed during low tides, provided the bottom is free of sharp objects.
