Explore our core modular designs, tailored to handle diverse load structures and marine environments.
Founded in 2019, Shenghuang Industrial & Trade Blow Molding Factory has established itself as an innovative force in the high-performance plastic manufacturing sector. Headquartered in Huangyan, Taizhou, Zhejiang Province—widely recognized as China's premier mold and plastic manufacturing capital—our factory capitalizes on robust local supply chains and advanced engineering expertise.
We operate state-of-the-art, fully automated blow molding production lines that allow us to manufacture precision-engineered industrial solutions. Our comprehensive portfolio spans across environmental marine installations, customized modular pontoons, packaging systems, automotive components, and heavy-duty sporting gear. By strictly adhering to the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, we ensure that every production run undergoes testing from raw material selection through to final structural validation.
Our commitment to global standards is backed by strict engineering compliance, ensuring safety and extreme reliability for international water installation projects.
The global shift toward modular marine structures highlights China's manufacturing ecosystems. At Shenghuang Industrial, we combine geographic advantages with raw material innovation and high-capacity machinery to serve buyers worldwide.
Situated within the plastic machinery manufacturing cluster of Huangyan, Taizhou, we have immediate access to world-class mold designers and engineering technicians. This proximity drastically reduces design iteration phases for OEM/ODM projects and ensures rapid sourcing of top-grade raw materials and custom hardware.
Our facility features high-capacity, multi-layer extrusion blow molding systems capable of processing High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) with maximum wall thickness consistency. Computerized parison controls ensure wall thickness distribution, preventing structural failure at stress-concentration points like interlocking ears and corner connection lugs.
With high-volume output and optimized material handling systems, we offer a balance of pricing and quality. This scale enables us to implement rigorous quality checks, including long-term hydrostatic testing, low-temperature puncture resistance testing, and UV aging chamber validation.
Traditional single-hull pontoon systems often struggle with lateral stability, tidal drift forces, and hydrodynamic drag. In contrast, Catamaran Floating Docks utilize a twin-hull architecture that incorporates a central clear channel. This design minimizes current drag and allows wave energy to pass through cleanly, significantly reducing roll and pitch motions.
By spacing the displacement hulls further apart, the catamaran configuration increases the metacentric height of the floating system. The resulting stability makes it suitable for applications requiring stable walking platforms, such as yacht finger piers, jet ski drive-ons, and floating workspaces.
Our twin pontoon structures are manufactured using a proprietary HDPE formulation combined with UV stabilizers and carbon black. This combination provides long-term resistance to saltwater corrosion and extreme solar exposure without physical degradation.
Modern marine infrastructure demands high-quality, recyclable materials. At Shenghuang Industrial, we focus on engineering sustainable, long-term marine systems.
International regulations restrict the use of chemical-treated wood and metal alloys that leach heavy metals into aquatic ecosystems. Our HDPE pontoons are chemically inert and fully recyclable, helping marine projects meet strict environmental standards.
Custom projects require adaptable components. Our selection of modular blocks—including single, twin, U-shaped, and V-shaped configurations—enables clients to assemble customized marina grids that can be scaled or reconfigured as needed.
With rising sea levels and intensifying storms, marine infrastructure must withstand demanding conditions. Our modular connection lugs allow floating platforms to flex with waves, distributing tension forces across the assembly to prevent localized failures.

Find answers to common questions about modular floating docks, engineering specifications, and shipping dynamics.
The modular design of our floating docks helps absorb wave action by allowing the structure to flex. By distributing stress across high-tensile connection lugs, the dock avoids the rigid loading issues that can affect steel or timber installations.
Under typhoon conditions, survival depends on the anchoring setup. When properly secured using dynamic piling systems, elastic mooring lines, or heavy-duty sea anchor chains, our platforms have successfully withstood severe storms.
Yes. In regions without a dedicated local distributor, we ship directly from our manufacturing facility in China. The modular pontoon cubes are packed efficiently into standard shipping containers (20GP or 40HQ), which we deliver to your nearest ocean freight terminal or port.
Our HDPE docks are designed to remain in the water year-round, including in freezing conditions and saltwater environments. The shape of the modular cubes, combined with their impact strength, allows the dock structure to slide upward when ice expands, preventing pressure damage.
The main concern with ice is water flow and movement. In calm areas where water freezes statically and thaws in place, the dock can remain in the water safely.
However, in waterways with strong currents, spring thaws, or moving ice floes, the sheer physical force of moving ice can damage anchoring systems or wash the dock away. In these conditions, we recommend dismantling and storing the modular system before the winter freeze.
For general walking paths, gangways, or finger piers, we recommend a minimum width of three cubes (approximately 1.5 meters). This width provides a stable walking surface that distributes load effectively, supported by the buoyancy of each module (which handles about 90kg or 200 lbs per cube).
Yes, our docks are suitable for shallow waters. Unloaded cubes draw only about 5 to 10 cm (2 to 4 inches) of water. During low tide cycles, the system can rest directly on flat, sandy, or muddy bottoms.
For drive-on setups (like jet ski launches), ensure there is enough water depth at the entry end of the dock to allow the craft's hull to transition smoothly onto the floating modules.
We began manufacturing modular floating docks in 2019. Over the years, we have expanded our capacity to become a prominent supplier and manufacturer in China, delivering HDPE pontoon systems to commercial marine projects globally.
